We have a fully computerised fan design, selection and quotation programme which means that you receive accurate information immediately.

In the unlikely event that you will need assistance during the warranty period, we will endeavour to assign one of our trained Service Engineers to site within 24-48 hours (72 hours worldwide, visa permitting).

Each operative is fully experienced with on-site remedial procedures and is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and on-site dynamic balancing equipment.

We are happy to undertake on-location maintenance contracts, even on fans not of our manufacture.

We will also reproduce or fully overhaul other fan company's equipment. This is yet another demonstraction of our flexible approach to customer satisfaction.
